I just wanted to give a quick update since I haven't posted in a while.
Future Reviews
I do have a review coming in the near future, the MSI Prestige 14 with the GTX 1650 Max-Q. I'm just putting the finishing touches on my review and it should be out in the next week or so. Unfortunately, I couldn't complete eGPU testing on this model, but I expect it to perform close to the GS65 with an 8750H.
The next review I have lined up will be the Asus G14 with the AniMe Matrix and the RTX 2060 Max-Q. I am VERY excited to review (and potentially purchase) this product because it is VERY close to my ideal laptop. The rumor is that it'll release at the end of next month, but we'll see after Nvidia has their GTC from March 23-26.
I'll also be getting my hands on the recently announced MSI GS66. There's no word on what GPU it'll come with (rumor is RTX 2000 Super series, not RTX 3000 series) and when it'll launch but I predict it'll be sometime in the 2nd half of this year.
Besides laptops, I'll also be reviewing a couple keyboards which are the new Kemove 64-66 Key and the Keychron K6. These were both purchased from Kickstarter and should arrive between March and April.
Both of these have hot-swappable optical switches. I chose Gateron Brown for both of them but plan to upgrade 1 to Gateron yellow and the other to Gateron Silver with all switches lubed. Whichever one is best will become my daily driver and the other will be used at work.
